John Vrabel – Managing Partner
John is a founding partner and the Managing Partner of Energy Edge as well as our resident expert is business development with a proven track record for building businesses that are rewarded by the marketplace.
John has over 30 years experience building businesses for companies ranging from small local proprietorships to international publically-traded market leaders. This breadth of experience brings to his Energy Edge clients the ability to develop business solutions that work in the most competitive markets. He has a first-hand understanding of downstream energy (home heat, propane, commercial fuels, electricity and natural gas, solar and renewable energy) and has built businesses using traditional strategies, as well as successfully leveraging technology and ecommerce to achieve growth. Mark Stillman – Partner
Mark is a founding partner of Energy Edge and is the Chief Operating Officer for Hedge Solutions (Manchester, NH), as well as being a valued advisor and strategic consultant to Energy Edge.
Mark has over fifteen years of hands-on management experience in the energy industry including operational analysis, oil/propane procurement and hedging, as well as a practical knowledge of vertically specific technology solutions. His deep involvement with home heat, wholesale fuel distribution, and C Store retailing have led to a comprehensive view of downstream energy. Mark currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Hedge Solutions (Manchester, NH) and has served as Director of Business Development with ADD Systems (Flanders, NJ), VP of Operations with Vertrax (New Haven, CT), Senior Business Manager with Suburban Propane (Whippany, NJ), and as Commercial Fuels Manager with Heating Oil Partners (Darien, CT).

Adrienne Ackerly – Partner
Adrienne manages our Energy Engine business and is our go-to person for all things technology related. Adrienne has designed, developed and supports The Energy Engine as well as our clients who use this industry-leading ecommerce solution.
Adrienne has spent the last 8 years in the retail energy business, combined with 20 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where she gained her experience in programming, system design and implementation. Adrienne’s background in technology and particularly her considerable e-commerce energy experience makes her a vital client resource. With a passion for meeting customer needs, Adrienne possesses, or some would say is possessed by, an uncommon work ethic that insures customer satisfaction and builds strong relationships. Greg is a veteran of the fuel distribution business and his expertise spans virtually all aspects of the heating oil and propane industry, as well as DOT and OSHA Safety and Compliance. His first hand knowledge of the industry makes him a valued advisor to the downstream energy market.
